the staff was very cute. i was there for songkran and the atmosphere was amazing. all the staff joined in the fun and laughs. the air conditioning worked very well in my beautiful pool access (king) room. it was freshened up every day.

the breakfast station could be more organized. everything was separate. i could hear loud noise from outside in my room. ear plugs were in the room, but they should invest in sound proof glass.

My room had issues. It faced Bangla Road and offered very poor soundproofing. Both the front door and the balcony door were unacceptable. The noise level made rest difficult.

I found the beds comfy and the rooms very clean. 24-hour room service was available. This was very convenient. the breakfast buffet was beautiful (especially the fresh fruit!). i particularly enjoyed the amazing pool, including direct pool access and the swim-up bar.

The gym seemed a bit damp. I hope they address this to make it fully usable.
